Refund & Rescheduling Policy

Effective for All Classes and All Locations

By registering for any class, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
 

1. No Refund Policy

All class registrations are final and non-refundable once scheduled.

A refund will only be issued if cancellation notice is received at least seventy-two (72) hours before the scheduled class start date and time.

Cancellation notice may be provided by:

• Call or text to (813) 897-3885, or

• Text only to (813) 368-5327
  (Calls are not received at 813-368-5327.)

To be valid, cancellation must include:

• Student’s full legal name

• Exact class date

• Class location

The official cancellation time is based on the timestamp when the message is received on our system (not when sent).

Failure to receive a confirmation reply does not void this policy.

Requests received within 72 hours of class start time are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances.

No-call / no-show students are not eligible for a refund.

2. Rescheduling Policy

Rescheduling 72+ Hours Before Class

Students may reschedule one time without penalty if requested at least 72 hours before class start time.

Rescheduling Within 72 Hours

Requests made within 72 hours require a $150 rescheduling fee, which must be paid before a new date is assigned.

No-Call / No-Show

A $150 rescheduling fee is required before rebooking. Rebooking is permitted one (1) time only, and the student must wait for the next available open seat. Placement is subject to availability and is not guaranteed for any specific date.

3. Dress Code Enforcement

Students must arrive in full required safety gear.

Failure to meet dress code requirements will result in dismissal from class. In such cases:

• No refund will be issued.

• A $150 rescheduling fee will apply.

• No exceptions.
   

4. Rescheduling Terms

Rescheduling means:

• Paying any required rescheduling fee $150, and

• Waiting for the next available open seat.

Placement is subject to availability and is not guaranteed immediately.

Guaranteed placement in the next available class may be secured with an additional $249 expedited placement fee.

5. One-Time Rescheduling Limit

The $150 rescheduling option may be used one (1) time only.

If a student:

• Misses both Day 1 and Day 2, or

• Fails to attend after using the one-time reschedule,

The student must pay the full current course price to re-enroll.

No credits carry forward beyond the one-time rescheduling allowance.

6. Chargebacks

By enrolling, you agree to this policy.
This agreement will be provided to financial institutions in the event of any chargeback or payment dispute.
