What Happens During the Motorcycle Class? (Beginner Guide)

If you’ve never ridden before, it’s completely normal to wonder what actually happens during a motorcycle class.

Our Tampa motorcycle classes are designed step by step so beginners can learn safely and build confidence quickly.

  • Day 1: Learn controls, balance, braking, and shifting

  • Day 2: Build skills and complete your riding evaluation

You will be practicing on a closed training range — not on public roads — with instructors guiding you the entire time.

Do You Need Experience to Take a Motorcycle Class in Tampa?

No experience is required.

Most students who take our motorcycle classes in Tampa have never ridden before. The course is built specifically for beginners and teaches you everything from the ground up.

However, you must bring:

Most students come in with zero experience, and by the end of the course, they leave with the confidence to ride safely and get their motorcycle endorsement without any additional DMV testing.
